Deadpool

Deadpool is a Marvel Comics character created by Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld, first appearing in New Mutants #98 in 1990. Initially introduced as a supervillain, Deadpool later evolved into a wisecracking antihero known for his violent methods and frequent breaking of the fourth wall. He is the alter ego of Wade Wilson, a disfigured Canadian mercenary with accelerated healing powers. Originally conceived as a parody of DC’s Deathstroke, Deadpool quickly gained popularity and starred in his own solo and team-up comic series. His success led to appearances in multiple films, portrayed by Ryan Reynolds, including Deadpool, Deadpool 2, and Deadpool & Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
